Meet Niraj

I am a full-time Commercial Broker. Actually, much more than full time. I work early mornings, evenings, and always on the weekends; whenever is convenient for my client. I love what I do, so quite often it doesnt even feel like work so don't ever hesitate to call/text me anytime! My philosophy about being a real estate agent is that I am here to help two parties (buyer and/or seller) find each other and complete a transaction with minimum of fuss and headache. I am an advocate for my clients. My job is to obtain the best price, terms, and conditions for you while maintaining a great relationship with all parties involved for a smooth transaction. Theres no better feeling for me then when everyone who participated in the closing process has a pleasant experience!

I am busy enough to be happy and successful, yet not so busy that I can't take a personal interest in my clients needs. The sale or purchase of your home is as important to me as it is to you. Thats my commitment to you!
